Discover the secrets of ratafia.
We will take a walk to discover and collect the herbs and flowers that we will use to create this typical liqueur from La Garrotxa. Everything is made at home, and we will follow Grandma Palmira's recipe. At the end you take your jar home, so that after 40 days you can enjoy and share your own ratafia with friends and family.
You will stay at Mas Pineda, a 13th century farmhouse in the middle of Alta Garrotxa, surrounded by meadows and forests. Here you can taste the home-made and local cuisine typical of the area.
