Torre de Murrià is a Roman watchtower that was converted into a signalling tower during the Carline Wars. It is reasonably well conserved and its moat and walls can still be seen.
One of the best ways of getting to know the cultural heritage of Les Preses is to walk to Torre de Murrià, a Roman watchtower that was converted into an optical telegraph tower during the Carlist Wars.
This circular walk starting in Les Preses also takes you up to the Xenacs recreation area.
