Excursion to the castle of Hostoles, privileged viewpoint over the valley of Hostoles.
Leave Sant Feliu de Pallerols by Carrer del Torn and, almost at the end of this street, turn right following the signpost for Trail 24. Follow the track past En Rovira mill and Mas la Torre (house), where there are some monumental holm oaks. Cross the Brugent River below the house (there is an interesting rocky outcrop on the river bed) and climb up a short cut to the C-63 road.
Crossing the road, the route climbs the ridge to Hostoles Castle. Turn back along the same path until you meet up with the Carrillet rail trail (parallel to the road), which will take you back to Sant Feliu de Pallerols.
