Through this route we will climb to an ancient Roman castle that was of great strategic importance for the control of the territory.
This route, which starts in Beuda, will take us to a summit of a significant height, where the remains of the castle of Falgars, built in the second and first centuries BC. From its tower you could control the entire eastern end of the Pyrenees, as well as the passage that communicated with Galia, the Empordà plain, the bay of Roses, the Fluvià valley, Castellfollit de la Roca and even the surroundings of Banyoles.
