Practical information for bus lines Garrotxa

The following is the practical application of the Garrotxa new decree on intercity buses to transport bicycles in Catalonia.

- To enable the coexistence of luggage transport service with bicycle, it is only accepted up to 2 bicycles by bus (at rack).

- All buses have racks except one of "Bus Transversal de la Garrotxa" line and some minibuses have a rack of small dimensions. These vehicles can only carry a maximum of 2 folding bikes in the area of passengers.

- For security reasons, the loading and unloading of bikes will be allowed only from a bus station (Olot, Figueres, Girona, Vic...) and from bus stops that have a safe space station, from which the bicycles must be load and unload the right side.

- The law prevents accepting dirty or poor condition bikes, and that the use of cover, although not required, is recommended.
