Sant Feliu de Pallerols' highlight include its parish church, the chapel of Nostra Senyora del Roser, Sant Iscle de Colltort church, Sant Miquel de Pineda church, Ntra. Sra. de la Font de la Salut sanctuary, the chapel and the medieval bridge of Sant Sebastià, the chapel of Santa Cecília, Glaç well, the river Brugent and the old centre of the village.

The three castles that dominate the valley (Hostoles Castle, Puig-alder Castle, Colltort Castle) are obligatory visits for walkers.
