Wabi Sabi is a Japanese cuisine restaurant located in the center of Olot.

The restaurant works with high quality local products, creating elaborate but artisanal recipes, far from the most commercial Asian cuisine.

Wabi Sabi takes advantage of seasonal produce, especially fish, but also zero-kilometer fruit and vegetables.

Wednesday and Thursday from 8 pm to 11 pm

Friday 8pm to 11.30pm

Saturday from 1pm to 3.30pm and from 8pm to 11.30pm

Sunday from 1pm to 3.30pm

Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays for weekly breaks.
