The Ramon restaurant was born in 1985 by the hand of Ramon Cros and Elvira Alives after years of work in a bar made from tapas and combined dishes. The culinary curiosity and the complicity of the clients push them to improve day to day until dedicating exclusively to the restaurant, with the years and adding family assets, Josep Cros in the dining room and Berta Needle in the kitchen the decision was made to exclusively Our efforts and so in 2004 was the new Ramon Restaurant

History

The chance put our parents on the road worried about the intolerance to the gluten of their son.

We were exposed to the problem and asked us if we could make a cake for the celebration of their third anniversary, which Berta began to investigate how and in what way and thanks to the human team of the company Nanas d'Olot we carried out this goal.
