Quina Barra is a relaxed, informal dining spot focused on seasonal cooking, located in Olot’s Market Square. The project is inspired by the Basque bar culture: vibrant spaces, tapas constantly on the move, spontaneous gatherings, and easy-flowing conversations. With this essence as a starting point, Quina Barra brings that spirit to Olot with its own distinct identity.
The menu is designed for sharing—or not—with dishes made from locally sourced produce alongside ingredients from other parts of the world. A carefully crafted, ever-changing cuisine that evolves with the market and the seasons. The experience is rounded out with a thoughtfully curated wine selection.
