The tourist dwelling “El solell de l’àvia” (The grandma’s suntrap) is placed in 32, Vista Alegre Street, in Olot , right on the popular Sant Roc fountains and the Greenways, in front of the old chapel and a children’s and health park. The house has been totally restored in 2014. It has capacity for 5 people and its distribution is the following:
On the ground floor there is a garage for one vehicle, a table-tennis table, a sofa and the garden with a table and chairs.
On the first floor is located the kitchen, the bathroom, the dining room, three bedrooms and a balcony. All bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathroom and the dining room are exterior. The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and all kitchen-ware and cleaning utensils. The bath has shower.
Room 1 is equipped with a double bed of 1.5 m, build-in closet, dresser, mirror and night stands with light.
Room 2 is single with a 90 cmbed, wardrobe and night stand with light.
Room 3 is equipped with a double bed of 1.5 m, chest of drawers with mirror and night stands with light.
Living room has big dinning table, chairs, sofa, small center table and TV. All bedrooms have bed linen with summer or winter duvets and pillows. The house disposes of oil central heating and wi-fi.
