Puig Rodó (909 m) is a wonderful viewpoint overlooking the volcanic zone and the starting point for a number of themed walking itineraires.
The Xenacs recreational area is managed by Les Preses Town Council.
Access: Can be reached in a vehicle (except coaches) or on foot along Natural Park Itinerary 10 to Xenacs and Puig Rodó (1 hr, with a climb of 500 m.).
Access road opening hours: from 9 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon.

The need to cultivate the territory has been a transforming element of the landscape. The landscape of Les Preses stands out for its scenic attractions. Plains and mountains alternate harmoniously with croplands and forests.
The arrival of the Croscat volcano lava flow about 11,000 years ago, altered the landscape of this place and its effects extended not only to a wide area but quite reach our age.

Torre de Murrià is a Roman watchtower that was converted into a signalling tower during the Carline Wars. It is reasonably well conserved and its moat and walls can still be seen.
