WE RECOMMEND YOU:

    Do not make noises or screams.
    Do not swim in the gorges if there is little water.
    Respect animals and plants.
    That you respect private property.

IF YOU WALK:

    Make the recommended excursions.
    Go well shoes, bring water and food.
    Prepare the route in advance and bring the map.
    You will enjoy more ways if you do the excursions in spring and autumn.
    In summer, start walking early, because at midday it is very hot.

TEMPORARY RECOMMENDATION: If you want to access Sant Aniol d'Aguja, to minimize crossings with other hikers, for the trip follow the Sant Aniol stream, and for the return visit the Salt de la Núvia.

 

IF YOU GO BY CAR:

    Circle less than 30 km / h along the slopes.
    Do not run out of the roads or walk through.
    You can do two very interesting routes:
    - The route of Oix to Beget.
    - The route to the Sanctuary of the Mont and the monastery of Sous.

REMEMBER:

    That access by car is restricted some times of the year in the area of ​​Sadernes.
    That climbing is regulated throughout the space.
    That you must do the corresponding notification to the Consortium to do precipitation descents.

    Camping *
    Throw away garbage
    Bathe in Gomarell

* According to the Special Regulations of the Alta Garrotxa, in all the scope of this protected natural area it is prohibited to camp outside the areas expressly authorized, except for camps or routes with children or young people, which require municipal authorization; and the bivouac without tent is allowed from sunset to the exit, prior authorization from the owner of the land.

The ordinances of some municipalities, such as Sales de Llierca, Tortellà or Montagut and Oix, specifically prohibit overnight stay outside of regulated accommodation throughout their municipal district, including overnight stays in vehicles or motor homes parked on public roads.
