La Tintoreria is an establishment located in the Firal of Olot, a few meters from the church of Sant Esteve.

In the morning, breakfast can be served, at lunchtime you can eat the daily menu, in the afternoon you can take something, and in the evening offers à la carte dinners consisting of different dishes and tapas.

It offers Mediterranean and market cuisine, carefully and well presented, with a point of innovation in traditional dishes. Codfish is one of its specialties.
